I've found a new show to love: My Mad Fat Diary. It's hilarious, realistic,relatable and hilarious. But it's a lot more complex than what it seems at first (that trailer totally fooled me!),it explores some very serious issues.

It's based on My Fat, Mad Teenage Diary, set in the 90s (the original was set in 80s.) and it has a great soundtrack

and how I do love that characters are not glamourised and just look like normal people (as opposed to 90120 or similar shows)

Rae : do you prefer morrisey or the lead singer of the smiths?
Chloe : depends what mood im in

This made me crack up!!!!!

The finale of series 1 on is next Monday (they would be mad if they wouldn't do another series!). Also, when is the DVD coming out???

I'm in a good mood today, two days off after today, starting a new job next week. I'll get my life back, I will have so much more time and I hope I will use it well rather than spend it browsing reddit. I want to go on day trips, I want to start playing the guitar again, learn to play more songs properly, not half-assed as usually. I want to take more pictures, read all the books that I have on my to read list.

BF's birthday this week, got him some boring stuff and "adopt a donkey". Since we saw some donkeys in the sanctuary we really came to love them and my BF always says he doesn't need any presents, so this is perfect for him as he's not really getting any, except a picture of the donkey he will adopt. And he'll make one donkey a bit happier. Although I was quite disappointed how little money goes directly to charity (I bought the pack from gift republic). Next time I'll do it directly through charity.

I had an interview today and got a job.

yes, I'm happy as Sherlock when he gets a case of 4 serial suicides.

It's much better paid than my current one, normal working hours, benefits and training and development opportunities. oh yes. I like the sound of that.

I like the people I met at my job, I met my twin there, I got some good work experience, but the management was really poor, hours ridiculously long and wage that is not appropriate for the responsibilities I have.

Now I will help my sister to get a new job,she suffered there long enough :)

So I've joined twitter. All these years, I was like : "twitter?meh...". To be honest, I only signed up to follow people like Stephen Fry, Tim Minchin, Matthew Perry, Miranda Hart, Mofftiss, etc... oh I wish BC was on Twitter. But better not, it might cause a mass hysteria in Britain.

I'm so happy, I get a day off tomorrow!! One day off a week has become a luxury. Let's try to be positive, think how much money I will earn. ... but won't have time to actually spend it. FML.

So, I get dinners at work, but 3rd time in a row the vegetarian option had goat cheese in it. Yuuuuuuuuuuck. There are other cheeses..But not parmesan please, I tried to convince the chef that it's not vegetarian but failed. He also can't distinguish vegetarian from vegan. Also, why most people think vegetarians eat fish? When I say that I don't, some people go "but I know lots of vegetarians that eat fish"...... facepalm.
